Salma Hayek and Her Daughter Valentina Grace the Cover of ‘Vogue Mexico’ (and We’re Seeing Double)

OK, name a better mother-daughter duo. We'll wait.

Salma Hayek and her daughter Valentina are on the May cover of Vogue Mexico and the resemblance is uncanny. The House of Gucci star shared the news on her Instagram with a few sweet candids of her and her look-a-like.

She captioned the post, "What a great early Mother's Day present. Loving these beautiful photos by @nicobustos and this special moment with my Valentina. Thank you @voguemexico!"

The slideshow features a combination of shots together and solo. But the one that really caught our eye (and made us do a double take) is the fifth picture, which shows the mother-and-daughter duo mirroring the same pose and facial expression. Seriously, if you look too quickly you might just mistake one for the other.

Hayek rarely posts her daughter, with the occasional birthday tribute or a throwback to her younger years, so this is a treat. The headline for the cover story even reads, "Salma Hayek Poses for the First Time with Her Daughter Valentina." The exclusive interview dives into the relationship between the two and reveals a side of Hayek that fans rarely get to see.

The 55-year-old star shares, "I became a mother very late. I did it because I found the partner of my life, who had a stable career, but I already wanted to have this daughter so much that nothing else mattered to me."

The piece goes into greater detail about Hayek's career, Valentina's love of fashion, her plans to follow in her mother's footsteps in the acting/directing space and how they continue to strengthen their relationship—like Valentina stealing a few vintage pieces from her mother's closet. (Honestly, who doesn't shop through their mom's wardrobe every once in a while?)

Fingers crossed this isn't the last time we'll see these two in a photoshoot together.
