Ryan Reynolds Jokes That After Baby No. 4, Their House Has Become a ‘Zoo’

Blake Lively, 35, and Ryan Reynolds, 46, already had a full house with their three kids—James, 8, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3. But recently, their family got even bigger when the pair welcomed their fourth child (whose name has not yet been revealed). And Reynolds opened up about how they've been handling things with the newest addition to their fam.

While stopping by CNBC's Power Lunch, the Deadpool star joked, “It's a zoo over here.” He then looked around the room and said, “This is my office here. This is where I'll probably— actually, to be honest, I'll probably spend the rest of my life in here.”

But, all jokes aside, the rom-com star added, “Look, we wouldn't do this four times if we didn't love it.”

Reynolds also said, “Everybody's doing great. Everybody's actually doing fantastic...I think if we hadn't figured it out by now, I think we'd be in deep, deep trouble.”

But, while The Proposal actor was open about how his family has been doing, he was tight-lipped about the name or the gender of the new baby. “I ain't tellin’,” he said with a laugh. “This ain't a birth announcement.”

Reynolds had previously stated that he was hoping for a girl. While promoting his movie Spirited on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the now-father of four said, “I know girls. So, I'm kind of hoping [for] that. But I'm ready for whatever happens.”

We first learned the Lively and Reynolds had welcomed their fourth kid when Lively subtly shared the news with a slideshow on Super Bowl Sunday.

The first photo saw the couple standing with Reynolds's mother, Tammy, and Lively's baby bump was visibly gone. In the caption, the Gossip Girl actress cheekily wrote, “Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023...been busy.”

We're happy to hear the family is doing well. Now, we'll be patiently waiting to hear a name. (And until then, we'll be holding on to the theory that Taylor Swift revealed the baby's name months ago.)
