Today, Witherspoon shared her December pick for Reese’s Book Club: City of Night Birds by Juhea Kim. Witherspoon announced the exciting news on Instagram by sharing a video of herself listening to the audiobook while decorating holiday cookies.
City of Night Birds by Juhea Kim is mysterious and thrilling, but it also touches on sensitive themes (like love and forgiveness). The story takes place two years after a talented ballerina suffers a devastating accident that nearly ruins her career. Now, she must decide whether to return to the competitive world of ballet or give it up forever.
