Queen Elizabeth isn’t the only royal to appear in the film—her son, King Charles, also has a special cameo. According to Hello! magazine, Paddington receives a letter in the beginning of the movie that has a stamp with the monarch's face on it.
One of the film’s producers, Rosie Alison, revealed that they reached out to the British royal family and asked for permission to use their faces. “They were actually very happy for it to happen,” she said. “But we don’t like to make a big deal of it, because Paddington’s obviously a very modest fellow.”
