Prince William Shares Brief But Touching Update About His Family

Kate Middleton opened up about her cancer diagnosis in a video shared back in March

While Prince William attended the opening of a brand-new James Place Newcastle facility in Tyne, England, this past Tuesday, the future king shared a heartwarming update about his wife, Kate Middleton, and three kids, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 6.

According to Hello! Magazine, the Prince of Wales was asked about his family by well-wishers who went to the grand opening of the new charity site, which is dedicated to providing free and life-saving therapy in London (per their official website). While referring to his wife and three kids, Prince William said, “All doing well.”

Additional information about the 41-year-old royal’s latest outing was shared on the official Instagram page he shares with Princess Catherine. Along with two photos of the future king talking to staff workers at the new facility, the caption read, “Free, life-saving treatment and support for men in suicidal crisis is what @jamesplaceuk does so exceptionally in its centers across the country.”

This new update comes just a few days after the Prince and Princess of Wales celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary. Prince William and Princess Catherine (who is currently undergoing medical treatment for an undisclosed type of cancer) released a never-before-seen portrait of the two of them taken on their wedding day.

In the black-and-white photo, the couple smiles happily as they pose together as newlyweds. Princess Catherine is donning her beautiful ivory lace wedding gown designed by Sarah Burton. And Prince William can be seen sporting the black uniform of the Blues and Royals. The pair captioned the post, “13 years ago today!”
