Royal Dog Alert! Kate Middleton & Prince William Reportedly Welcome a New Puppy to the Fam

It’s been three months since Kate Middleton and Prince William announced the sad news that their family dog, Lupo, had passed away. However, it turns out that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge quietly adopted a new puppy before they said goodbye to their beloved cocker spaniel. And finally, we're getting some info on the newest member of the fam.

According to People, the couple and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, were gifted a young puppy from Middleton’s younger brother, James.

ICYMI: the 33-year-old’s dog, Luna, welcomed a litter of pups back in May, all of which would be finding new homes elsewhere. “A week ago Luna had three little pups at 5am,” James wrote in a post on Instagram. “There are six healthy little pups suckling away happy as can be.”

However, he failed to mention one of those homes was his sister’s Anmer Hill estate in Norfolk.

“The new puppy is adorable and the whole family are besotted,” a friend told The Mail on Sunday. “They were devastated when Lupo passed away. It was hoped that a younger dog would give Lupo some company and give him a little more life and energy.”

We just have two questions: Are the Cambridge kids helping with puppy duty? And when are we going to get pics?
