Prince William Photographed at Event with Kids—& His Body Language Says Everything About His Parenting Skills

While chatting with a group of soldiers, Prince William didn’t seem nervous. The royal’s body language was casual yet professional. He maintained a stoic posture but his shoulders were relaxed and he used hand gestures while talking, which made him seem more personable. 

He also showed relaxed body language while sitting with a group of adults. The Prince of Wales was photographed using “air quotes” and laughing while telling a story. His body language indicated that he was comfortable enough to let loose around them.

But if you look at the photos of Prince William interacting with the children, you’ll see that his parenting skills were on full display. He even used Kate Middleton’s go-to move, which involves bending down to meet a child’s eye-level. 

The Prince of Wales further comforted the children by making large, dramatic hand motions. Perhaps he was telling a funny story. Or maybe he was predicting what Santa will bring this year. Regardless, it's clear that Prince William is totally in his element around kids.
