The Royal Family Drops Even *More* Photos of Prince Louis for His Birthday

Yesterday, Prince William and Kate Middleton dropped a pair of new photos to celebrate their youngest son, Prince Louis, on his 4th birthday. And while we loved the rare shots of the young royal, today his parents have treated us to even more snaps from the same photoshoot.

In a new set of pics posted early this morning, Prince Louis is wearing the same outfit we saw yesterday: teal shorts and a checkered, button-down shirt underneath a pullover with stars. However, in the first photo, the birthday boy is seen laughing and giving a wide smile in an up-close shot, followed by a pic of him standing in a dune holding an orange ball.

Today is officially the royal's birthday, and in the caption of the slideshow, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge said, “Thank you for all the lovely birthday messages for Prince Louis today! [cake emoji].”

These photos follow the pair that were posted yesterday, where the first showed Prince Louis running toward the camera in a playful manner, and the second showed him standing in a dune once again, but from a further angle. To get their followers excited for Prince Louis's birthday, his parents captioned the post, “4 years old tomorrow!”

All of these shots were taken by Middleton, who has frequently shared her love of photography and has given us impressive photos of her kids in the past.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's older two kids—Prince George, 8, and Princess Charlotte, 6—will celebrate their birthdays in the coming months. But we can't believe the youngest member of the family is already 4 years old.

We hope this birthday is the best one yet, Prince Louis!
