Prince William and Kate Middleton’s youngest child, Prince Louis, is only 6 years old, but he’s already developing a goofy personality. Remember when he stole the show at King Charles’s coronation? Or when he looked hilariously amused at Trooping the Colour? Well, there was a major shift in his body language during a recent royal outing, and it didn’t go unnoticed.
There Was a Major Shift in Prince Louis’s Body Language at Kate Middleton’s Holiday Concert
He's becoming a gentleman
Earlier this month, Prince Louis attended Princess Catherine’s annual holiday concert, titled “Together at Christmas.” The 6-year-old arrived at the event with his parents and his siblings, Prince George, 11, and Princess Charlotte, 9.
I fully expected Prince Louis to make a silly gesture when he spotted the photographers (like he’s done many times in the past), but that didn’t happen. Instead, the young royal appeared surprisingly mature as he walked into the building.
Although he kept close to his siblings, Prince Louis displayed confident body language as he admired the decorations. He kept his hands at his side and positioned his body toward the cameras, which indicated that he was comfortable enough to be photographed without relying on support from his parents.
He even turned to his mom and seemingly asked for approval before darting inside Westminster Abbey.
Prince Louis did show some signs of nervousness—like when he fidgeted with his tie. However, I must applaud the 6-year-old for maintaining a professional demeanor during such a highly publicized moment.
He’s growing up so fast. *Wipes tear*
