Prince Harry Dressed Up as This Superhero to Surprise Kids with a Special Message

It’s Prince Harry to the rescue!

The Duke of Sussex recently dressed up as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man and surprised children who are a part of Scotty’s Little Soldiers. In a brand-new video (posted on the charity’s Youtube channel), he sent a heartwarming message to all the kids and young people who have lost a parent in the British military that are a part of the organization.

The video message starts with Harry telling the children to band together and stop the villains from ruining Christmas. He says, “Christmas is a time when we miss our loved ones really, really badly, and that’s okay. But, at the same time, it can be possible to feel guilty for having fun without our parents.”

The duke adds , “But I’m here to assure you that our parents always want us to have fun, okay? So, don't feel guilty. You’re allowed to have the best time ever, especially with the Scotty's Little Soldiers community. So, go out there, have the best time, and Merry Christmas.” Harry ends the video by taking off his mask and giving a big smile to the camera.

This special video message comes a month after Prince Harry wrote an emotional letter to the children of the charity and opened up about losing his mother, Princess Diana, at a young age.

In the letter (posted on the organization’s official website), the message read: “We share a bond even without ever meeting one another because we share in having lost a parent. I know first-hand the pain and grief that comes with loss and want you to know that you are not alone.”

He ended the letter with a word of wisdom, writing: “Today and every day, I admire and respect all the men and women who have given their lives in service of us—especially those in your family. I am also incredibly proud of you for being the best example in remembering them.”

What a heartfelt message from the duke.
