Prince Harry might be back with Meghan Markle in Montecito, but he definitely made the most of family time during his short trip to the U.K.
Earlier this month, the ex-royal flew across the pond ahead of Prince Philip’s funeral service. The 35-year-old landed in London on Sunday, April 11, and traveled to Frogmore Cottage (the home that he, Markle and baby Archie resided in before their big move to the U.S.) in Windsor where he stayed until the funeral proceedings at St. George's Chapel.
The trip marked the first time Harry has returned to his home in the U.K. since moving his family to the U.S. It was also the first time he reunited with the members of his family since the groundbreaking tell-all Oprah interview that premiered last month. And while we saw a bit of his highly anticipated reunion with his brother, Prince William, we’ve been wondering how much time he got to spend with his grandmother, the queen.
Per Harpers Bazaar, Finding Freedom author Omid Scobie reports that the ex-royal spoke privately with Her Majesty “on at least two occasions.”
