Royally-obsessed fans have come to know and love the sweet nicknames that members of the British royal family have for each other. From Prince William’s “Wombat” to the late Queen Elizabeth’s “Cabbage,” these pet names couldn’t be more creative.

And now, royal admirers have just discovered the heartwarming nickname Prince Harry, 38, has for his wife, Meghan Markle. In an episode of Heart of Invictus (which premiered on August 30), Markle took center stage to introduce her husband to the crowd.

“Good evening, everyone. Thank you so much for your service and to all the family and friends here that have been there supporting you along the way because this is service,” she said.

She continued, “Now it is my distinguished honor to introduce someone who I think you'll be excited to hear from. He has spent many late nights and early mornings planning for these games to make them as perfect as possible for each of you.”

Before Harry joined her onstage, Markle added, “I could not love and respect him more, and I know many of you feel the same because he is your fellow veteran having served two tours of Afghanistan and ten years of military service and the founder of Invictus Games and the father to our two little ones, Archie and Lili.”

The Duchess of Sussex introduced her hubby to the audience, and Prince Harry proceeded to join her onstage. Completely touched by her kind words, Harry kissed his wife and revealed her special nickname: “My love.”

“Thank you, my love,” the royal spare said to his wife.

But that’s not the only nickname Prince Harry has for his wife. While attending the 2018 Invictus Games reception in Australia, the Duke of Sussex subtly revealed that he also calls Markle “Meg.”

Now, we can’t help but wonder what other pet names the royal couples have for each other.
