Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are preparing to embark on their final round of official engagements before they settle into their new home base of Canada. But that won’t stop them from revisiting their monthly tradition of honoring one special Instagram account.
Yesterday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced that they’ll be following only one account on their joint page (@SussexRoyal) during the month of March: @TanksGoodNews.
The royal couple shared an inspiring video and explained their decision in the caption, writing, “This month, we continue on the good news path and are pleased to be following @TanksGoodNews, as a reminder of all the good that is happening in the world. We hope it uplifts and inspires you!”
Tanks Good News commented on the posted and wrote, “This is amazing! What a great thing to wake up to. I am honored. Let’s have a great month everybody.”
This isn’t the first time Prince Harry and Markle unfollowed everyone on their Instagram account, only to re-follow noteworthy pages. In fact, the Sussexes have a tradition in which they highlight inspirational accounts each month with a dedicated post and follow in an attempt to raise awareness about a variety of topics.
Shout-out to Prince Harry and Markle for continuing to spread positivity in what has to be one of the hardest chapters of their married life.
