Prince George and Prince William Make Surprise Appearance on Same Day Kate Middleton Returns to Public Eye

This morning, Kate Middleton returned to the public spotlight for the first time since her iconic Trooping the Colour appearance. She made a splash at the Wimbledon men's finals—and she brought along her daughter, Princess Charlotte, for the big day.

Fast forward a few hours, and two more members of the Wales fam made a surprise appearance many many miles away in Berlin, Germany.

Today, Prince William and his eldest (and often lookalike) son Prince George made a special outing to see the England men's soccer team play in the Euro 2024 finals against Spain.

There was plenty of cheering going on for the father-son duo, particularly after England's first goal. Cameras captured a striking photo (of which there have been many lately) of the royals celebrating.

Sadly for the royals, the English soccer team lost to Spain two to one. And the Prince shared a special message on social media following the loss. On his Instagram Story, he wrote, "This time it just wasn't meant to be. We're all still so proud of you. Onwards @england." And he signed the personal message with his initial, "W."

As we said, Princes William and George weren't the only royals to make an appearance today. Princess Catherine attended the Wimbledon men's tennis championship alongside her daughter Princess Charlotte. In honor of the occasion, Catherine wore Wimbledon colors in the form of a stunning purple midi dress from Safiyaa.

Kate’s sister Pippa Middleton was also in attendance and sat next to her niece, Charlotte.
