Kate Middleton and Prince William Unveil New Photo of Prince George on His 11th Birthday

Ultimate soccer fan and future British monarch Prince George is celebrating his 11th birthday—but it seems that royal fans like myself are the ones getting a gift.

In honor of the big day (July 22), Kate Middleton and Prince William shared a brand-new photo of their eldest son on social media. In the black and white photo, taken by Kate Middleton, Prince George looks so grown up sporting a blazer and a button-down shirt. Also, it's worth peeking the Instagram Stories version of the pic, too — the heir to the throne appears to be sporting a friendship bracelet. (Possibly one he picked up at the Taylor Swift concert this past June?)

The royals captioned the post, "Wishing Prince George a very happy 11th birthday today! 📸 The Princess of Wales, 2024"

Sharing a birthday photo has become something of a tradition for the Wales fam. For example, earlier this year we got a pic of Princess Charlotte (who was recently spotted at Wimbledon with her mom) on her ninth birthday.

The photo (which happens to include a hidden detail) features a grown-up looking Princess Charlotte in an adorable red cardigan, blue top and denim skirt. The caption read, "Happy 9th Birthday, Princess Charlotte! Thank you for all of the kind messages today." And it called out Princess Catherine as the photographer.

Similarly, Princess Catherine took Prince Louis's bday photo this year, which was shared on his sixth birthday back in April.

Louis's image also credited his mom as the photog along with the caption, "Happy 6th birthday, Prince Louis. Thank you for all the kind wishes today."

Besides celebrating his eleventh birthday, Prince George has been super busy as of late. He recently appeared alongside his dad in Berlin at the Euro 2024 finals.

The young royal was his father's mini-me in his matching suit.
