Princess Anne’s Son, Peter Phillips, Had Public Debut with His Girlfriend at Epsom Derby

During the celebration of Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee this weekend, we were treated to all kinds of royal surprises, including rare glimpses of young royals, long-awaited meetings and more (but sadly, no pics of baby Lilibet). Amidst this jam-packed weekend, one of the more notable moments was when Princess Anne's eldest child, Peter Phillips, made his public debut with his girlfriend, Lindsay Wallace.

The couple's debut took place on Saturday afternoon, when the pair attended the Epsom Derby at the Epsom Racecourse. There, Wallace sported a salmon-colored Victoria Beckham dress, which she paired with a cream-colored fascinator and a matching clutch. Meanwhile, Phillips opted for a black top hat and matching coat, while layering pinstriped trousers and an ecru-colored vest underneath.

As The Daily Mail noted, this was the first time the couple have made a public appearance together, and they attended the event with Phillips's mom, Princess Anne, as well as his younger sister, Zara Tindall, and brother-in-law, Mike Tindall.

While it's unclear when Phillips and Wallace officially started dating, they have apparently been family friends for years. Prior to their relationship, the royal was married to Autumn Kelly for 13 years, before their divorce was finalized in June 2021.

The couple clearly seemed to be having a good time at the event. In a couple of photos that were taken while the two sat in the stands, they seemed to be laughing together at something on Wallace's phone.

Following the Epsom Derby, the pair were also spotted at the Platinum Pageant, as well as the Platinum Party at the Palace, making it a big weekend for the couple.

We'll be keeping an eye out for more moments with these two.
