In an interview with British Vogue, Paris Hilton shared never-before-heard details about her wedding to Carter Reum.
The Simple Life alum, 42, revealed that there’s a reason she wore six dresses throughout the ceremony and reception. Hilton explained that she was sent 45—yes, 45—wedding gowns from fashion designers who wanted her to wear their designs.
“I actually wore six dresses when I did my wedding. It was because I had literally had 45 of them,” Hilton told the mag. “My stylist was getting calls from designers all around the world. Everyone was so excited to be a part of this wedding, that they all made these incredible custom dresses.”
She continued, “I tried to wear as many of them as possible.”
Despite the slew of options, the TV personality said choosing her ceremony dress was a no-brainer. “I knew right away that I wanted to walk down the aisle in Oscar [de la Renta],” she explained.
According to Hilton, the design was inspired by Grace Kelly. “I wanted something that was really princess that had like 3-D flowers on it,” Hilton added.
