Paris Hilton Names 3 People Who Secretly Knew About Her Baby Girl London Before the Big Reveal

No one was as surprised as we were (OK, maybe everyone was as surprised as we were) when we first heard the news of Paris Hilton, 42, welcoming her second child, a newborn daughter named London, over the Thanksgiving break. Still, it was quite the reveal. But according to The Simple Life alum, only a few people in her life knew her secret before the rest of the world did. 

While sitting down with Today show hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager earlier this week, the socialite revealed the three individuals who knew about her baby girl, who was born via surrogate: husband Carter Reum, mom Kathy Hilton and sister Nicky Hilton.

“The only people who knew were, obviously, Carter, and my mom and my sister,” Hilton shared on live television. “But my parents did not know when it was happening, they just knew it was going to happen. So it was the best Thanksgiving surprise ever for everybody.” (The fact that she said “parents” makes it sound like perhaps her father knew as well, potentially bringing the list of secret-holders to four.)

Hilton and Reum have been feeling “over the moon” since welcoming their newborn daughter into their family. And it seems their son, Phoenix (who was born via surrogate back in January), is stepping into the big brother role with ease. “He’s just so gentle and sweet, and he’ll put his hand out, just kinda like rub her arm or her face,” the proud mom revealed. “It’s just so cute.”

Hilton explained how much she loves being in her “mom era.” She told Kotb and Hager, “I feel just so at peace, just so happy, just so grateful for my husband and this beautiful family and life that we're building together. I just couldn't imagine anything else. I'm just over the moon with everything.”

Last Friday, the Paris in Love star posted a surprise photo of a pink baby outfit on her Instagram page, which had the name of her daughter embroidered on the front. “Thankful for my baby girl,” she wrote in the caption.
