Noah Centineo Stars in New Netflix Movie That’s Out in Just Two Weeks

It’s not every day we admit to liking Sierra Burgess Is a Loser, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and anything involving Noah Centineo. But this brand-new Netflix rom-com has us throwing caution to the wind.

The streaming service just released the first official trailer for The Perfect Date, which stars the 22-year-old actor as a college-bound student who takes drastic measures to pursue his Ivy League dreams.

The trailer introduces us to Brooks (Centineo), a young student who can’t afford the lavish lifestyle he dreams about. So, he jumps at the opportunity to pose as the boyfriend of a girl named Celia (Laura Marano) in exchange for some cash.

Of course, things take a predictable turn when he meets the girl of his dreams (Camila Mendes), forcing him to reconsider his stand-in lifestyle.

The Perfect Date is directed by Chris Nelson (My Dead Ex) and written by Steve Bloom (Jack Frost) and Randall Green (Billions).

The rom-com will hit Netflix on April 12. *Clears schedule*
