Netflix's ‘The Crown' Finally Reveals Camilla Parker Bowles

If you’re anything like us, waiting for The Crown season three is like waiting for the next royal baby. (We can hardly stand the seconds as they slowly drag by…)

Luckily, we have more Netflix news to satiate our royal appetite. According to TVLineCall the Midwife actress Emerald Fennell will portray Camilla Parker Bowles in the junior season of the The Crown.

The show will take place in the 1970s when Bowles first meets Prince Charles (Josh OConnor), nearly three decades before she marries him and becomes Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall

“I’m absolutely over the moon, and completely terrified, to be joining so many hugely talented people on The Crown,” Fennell told TVLine. “I absolutely love Camilla and am very grateful that my teenage years have well prepared me for playing a chain-smoking serial snogger with a pudding bowl haircut.”

Snogging, pudding and alllll the royal drama? The new season is already shaping up to be the most exciting one yet.
