This Anthropologie Blouse Is a Near-Perfect Match of Meghan Markle's 'Archetypes' Podcast Look

Enter the long-awaited debut of Archetypes, Meghan Markle's brand-new podcast on Spotify, which aims to investigate, dissect and subvert the labels that try to hold women back. The first episode—which is a must-listen, BTW—features a conversation about ambition with Serena Williams. But there was also a teaser video where Meghan shares her intentions for the pod and dresses to impress from behind the mic.

The look: Of course, Meghan is wearing her Gold Cartier Tank Française Watch, which famously belonged to Princess Diana. She's also got on trousers by Anine Bing (which are now sold out). But it's her pinstripe blouse that caught everyone's attention, myself included. As Elizabeth Holmes, royal fashion expert and author of HRH: So Many Thoughts on Royal Style, called out in her latest newsletter, Meghan is "literally deconstructing a style known as 'pussy bow' to promote a podcast about breaking down the archetypes women face.' Genius and gorgeous, I thought.

Here's the good news: While the designer of Meghan's blouse has yet to be I.D.ed, there's a near exact match of the shirt available at Anthropologie—and, for now, it's still in stock.
