She captioned the post, “Hayes Andrew Hurd. 3/23/20. Love of our lives.”
Morris started dating Hurd in December 2015, though they had been friends for years. The couple announced their engagement in July 2017 and tied the knot one year later in an intimate wedding ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee.
In October 2019, Morris confirmed that she was expecting her first child by sharing a maternity photo on Instagram. She referenced her third studio album, Girl, in the caption, writing, “The irony is just too rich that after a year of living in the ‘GIRL’ headspace, the universe would give us a baby boy to even things out. See you in 2020, little one.”
If there are no cancelations, Morris will be heading out v. soon for her “RSVP: The Tour,” which begins in July and runs through October. Although the musician hasn’t revealed whether her family will join her on the road, all we have to say is…why not?
We sense a slew of baby Hayes cameos in our near future.
