Mandy Moore is enjoying the motherhood life. Just seven days after welcoming her first child with hubby, Taylor Goldsmith, she’s giving fans and followers an update on their new family of three.

Over the weekend, the 36-year-old actress shared an adorable new photo of the couple’s baby boy, August. "One week earthside," the This Is Us star wrote alongside an image featuring the newborn tucked underneath a blanket. “The best week ever. #thisisgus.” Like the birth announcement, this photo also made sure to hide the 1-week-old’s face.

He was punctual and arrived right on his due date, much to the delight of his parents. We were prepared to fall in love in all sorts of brand new ways, but it goes beyond anything we could have ever imagined.” She simply signed the post, “M + T.”
