The First Promo for the New ‘Live with Kelly and Mark’ Is Here and We’re So Excited

As Live fans say goodbye to Ryan Seacrest (his final episode airs on Friday), viewers will soon say hello to Kelly Ripa’s husband, Mark Consuelos, who will become the new co-host of Live with Kelly and Mark. Before the change happens, the show’s producers surprised fans with a promo teaser, where we had a chance to see the new hosting duo in action.

The promo vid was shared on the official Live Instagram page on Tuesday, April 11. The video starts with Ripa and her hubby waking up and wearing white, cozy robes. While Consuelos is holding a cup of coffee (which features the new show logo, BTW), he asks his wife, “How did you sleep last night?” Ripa turns to him and replies, “Terrible!”

Then, Consuelos leans over and asks Ripa what they have planned for the day. And with a smile, the Live Wire author excitedly reveals, “Our show!” which apparently slipped the mind of the Riverdale alum. Before the promo ends, fans are treated to a sneak preview of the duo live in the studio, where they are casually talking and sitting at the infamous hosting desk.

In the comments section of the post, longtime viewers shared their excitement about the new Live with Kelly and Mark. One person wrote, “I have always wanted this to happen!!! Can’t wait,” alongside a red heart emoji. Another said, “Omg exciting!”
