From power suits to sparkly dresses, we're always on the lookout for the best Oscars red carpet looks. And while everyone is bringing their A-game in the fashion department, it's Lily James who's stealing the show.
The 32-year-old Pam & Tommy star stepped out in a baby pink Versace dress with intricate, floral embellishments. And the sheer pink tulle train is giving us major wedding gown vibes.
James accessorized her gown by donning pink platform heels and a sparkly necklace. And to complete the look, she wore her hair in loose curls.
This marks James's first time attending the Academy Awards, and she's one of several stars who will be presenting on stage. Although she didn't score a nomination this time around, she received plenty of praise from critics for her performance as Pamela Anderson in Pam & Tommy, which follows the star’s rocky relationship with Mötley Crüe rocker, Tommy Lee. So we wouldn't be too surprised if she landed a nomination for when the Emmys roll around.
Aside from the critically-acclaimed biographical drama, James is also known for her work on Downton Abbey, which earned her two SAG Awards for Outstanding Ensemble in a Drama Series. Plus, she starred in the 2015 adaptation of Cinderella, which earned her the Breakthrough Award at Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards.
Were there a category for best dressed at this year's Oscars, we're almost certain that James would walk home with a trophy.
