KitchenAid’s New Mixing Bowls Are Damn Trendy and Adorable

A perfect night: At home with a glass of red wine, sweatpants on, whipping up a batch of Nan’s famous homemade chocolate-chip cookies in our baby-blue KitchenAid mixer.

Yep, we love our small appliances a (some would say) ridiculous amount, so we were excited to learn that KitchenAid has just released four new ceramic mixing bowls that are a welcome and artful switch from our regular old stainless steel one.

Just in time for Easter cookies and lamb-shaped cakes, the new five-quart ceramic bowls come in a bohemian tropical frond pattern ($110), black-and-white stripes ($110), blue watercolor floral ($110) and a textured white version ($120). Each bowl fits KitchenAid 4.5- and 5-quart tilt-head stand mixers and are dishwasher, microwave, freezer and oven safe.

Now, back to those choco-chip cookies...
