Queen Camilla did not join her husband for the Advent service, and according to Hello! magazine, it's not due to her recent chest infection. (FYI, the queen has fully recovered after dealing with this condition last month, which caused her to miss out on a few royal engagements.) Rather, she stayed home to focus on preparing for the Christmas festivities at Sandringham.

This year, the king and queen are planning to host their loved ones at Sandringham, which will mark their first intimate holiday gathering since the King ascended the throne. Despite a rough 2024—with Charles's cancer diagnosis and Camilla's pneumonia—it's good to see that they're still committed to carrying out their royal duties and, more importantly, that they're in the holiday spirit.
