Her Majesty, 76, rocked a chic black and white dress with a matching abstract brimmed hat and stylish vintage Chanel heels, per Hello! Magazine. In contrast, the king sported a gray suit with a black top hat, a baby blue vest top, a white collared shirt and blue tie underneath.
