King Charles’ 75th birthday (which is November 14, BTW) may be a few days away, but that doesn’t mean it’s too early to start talking about the festivities. So, how does the monarch plan on celebrating his special day? From a birthday tea party to a live concert performance, here is everything we know about the king’s birthday plans this year.

According to Hello! Magazine, His Majesty wanted to keep his birthday festivities to a minimum. On the eve of his birthday, the monarch plans on spending the day with fellow 75-year-olds at a celebratory party (hosted by his education charity The Prince’s Foundation), which will take place at the king’s Highgrove residence in Gloucestershire, England.

The party will include an afternoon tea in addition to live music performed by a local rock choir. Then on Tuesday (his special day!), the king and his wife, Queen Camilla, plan to unveil their new initiative called “The Coronation Food Project.” Hello! reports that the project aims to “bridge the gap between food waste and food need” across the U.K.

Following the launch, Charles and his wife will host a reception at Buckingham Palace. And to close out the evening, His Royal Highness will have an intimate dinner with only close family members present.

Sadly, his youngest son—Prince Harry—won’t attend the dinner because, according to multiple reports, the Duke of Sussex simply wasn’t invited to the family event.

Earlier this week, a royal spokesman released a public statement that shut down rumors about the Spare author turning down an invitation to his father’s birthday celebration.

“In response to U.K. media headlines, there has been no contact regarding an invitation to His Majesty’s upcoming birthday,” the unnamed spokesman said, per E! News. “It is disappointing the Sunday Times has misreported this story.”

Let the festivities begin.
