Fellow Live fans, it’s almost time. Ryan Seacrest will soon be leaving Live with Kelly and Ryan after announcing his departure back in February. So, what does his final week look like on the show? Live co-host Kelly Ripa recently sat down with E! News and teased what’s to come, and let’s just say, Seacrest will be going out with a bang.

Last week, the daytime talk show host attended Lifetime and Variety's 2023 Power of Women event in New York City. While there, Ripa had a chance to chat with E! News’s Carolina Bermudez on the red carpet about what she has planned for Seacrest’s final week on Live

Her answer? The final episodes will be packed with lots and lots of surprises that viewers, and Seacrest, are not ready for.

“We have a lot of surprises,” Ripa told the outlet. “We initially thought that we would do seven days of roasting Ryan, but we’re not going to completely roast him. I can’t tell you, but we have great surprises.”

Also, the bestselling Live Wire author revealed that Seacrest will officially leave the show on April 14—and her hubby, Mark Consuelos, will take over as the new co-host on April 17.

When it was announced that the Riverdale alum would be taking on the new hosting job, Ripa fully took advantage of the opportunity to troll her soon-to-be-hosting partner.

Back in February, Ripa shared a throwback photo of herself, Seacrest and Consuelos dressed in costumes from a past episode of Live on Instagram. In the caption, she took a playful jab at her husband aka her new hosting partner in crime, writing, “And @instasuelos welcome home, or to the contractual obligation phase of our relationship.”

Consuelos also posted a similar picture on his Instagram profile and poked fun at his wife. He wrote in the caption, “@kellyripa my ride or die. This is going to be amazing! I can’t believe after all these years of listening to you talk for free, I found a way to get paid for it. Is this a great country or what?”

We’re sure going to miss you, Ryan.
