Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Go to Support Son Joaquin as His Wrestling Team Is Honored for Championship Win

While Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos stay busy with their major Hollywood careers, they always take time to support their kids, whether they're sharing 21-year-old daughter Lola's music, or highlighting Michael, 25, and his roles on shows like Riverdale. Now, the celebrity couple just headed to the University of Michigan to cheer on their youngest child, Joaquin, 19.

Joaquin is currently a student at the Michigan college, where he is also a part of the school's wrestling team. And this past March, the team ended up winning the Big 10 Wrestling Championship (their first title since 1973). As People noted, the squad was honored during the college's football game this past weekend, and Ripa and Consuelos went to show their support for their 19-year-old.

“Big day at the Big House!” Ripa wrote on Instagram. “Go BLUE [blue heart emoji] [yellow heart emoji] #team100 #bigtenchamps #wrestling.” Meanwhile, Consuelos responded in the comments section with a series of flexed bicep emojis.

In the photo, Ripa and Consuelos stand around their youngest, and Joaquin is seen flashing his championship ring as he wraps his arm around his father.

But this wasn't the only photo Ripa shared to Instagram. She also posted a pic from the trip to her Story.

Ripa captioned the photo, “Mom and Dad.” In the shot, she and Consuelos are seen wearing the same outfits from her post, and they've got their mouths open in excited expressions.

A shot of the entire University of Michigan wrestling team was posted to the squad's official Instagram account, where they said, “Celebrating #Team100 with 110,000 of our best friends. #GoBlue.” Although it's hard to make out, Joaquin is toward the center-left, in one of the back rows of the group.

This isn't the first time Ripa and Consuelos have supported Joaquin by showing their University of Michigan spirit.

Back in April, the pair rain in a 5k hosted by the school, and they rocked a pair of UMich medals in a photo that Ripa posted to her account. “Two incredibly average runners,” the Live host joked in her caption. “One Big House!! #bighouse5k.”

We can never get enough of this family.
