Kelly Ripa Shares Beachside Selfie with Mark Consuelos

In just a little over two weeks, Mark Consuelos, 51, will replace Ryan Seacrest as co-host of Live with Kelly and Ryan (which will be renamed Live with Kelly and Mark accordingly). But it appears that before he takes on this big gig, the Riverdale actor wanted to take a little beachside vacay with his wife and soon-to-be coworker, Kelly Ripa, 52.

Ripa gave a peek of their vacation with a selfie she posted to her Instagram Story. In the photo, the two All My Children alums are seen smiling with sunglasses on, as Ripa dons a yellow bikini and Consuelos lays beside her shirtless.

It was announced back in February that Consuelos would be taking over the talk show role from Seacrest, who has been co-host of Live since 2017. (However, Seacrest has assured fans that he will make visits back to the set.)

With Consuelos set to begin on April 17, we don't blame him for trying to fit in a quick getaway. While it was unclear where the two went, Ripa also shared another snap to her Story, where her followers got a gorgeous view of the sun setting over the water.

If there's one thing we're sure of, it's that Ripa and Consuelos can never stay away from the ocean for too long.

The couple have often shared snaps from their sandy sojourns on Instagram, and they're usually characterized by cheeky poses or saucy captions (or both). For instance, back in July 2021, Ripa shared an NSFW pic of her and Consuelos, which she captioned: “When the end is in sight……”

We hope these two are soaking up some sun, and we can't wait to see them together on Live on April 17.
