Kelly Ripa Wishes Son Joaquin Happy Birthday on Instagram with Collage of Childhood Photos

While we mainly think of Kelly Ripa as the host of Live with Kelly and Ryan, her Instagram account always proves that she is a mom first and foremost. And today, the 51-year-old television personality used her account to honor her son, Joaquin Antonio.

The youngest member of the Consuelos clan is celebrating his 19th birthday today and Ripa took to social media to mark the special occasion. In a new post, the Live host shared a collage of photos that showed Joaquin over the years, and she captioned the post, “Happy 19th birthday @joaquinconsuelos. We love you sooooooo much! You will forever be my newborn.” Along with the heartfelt message, Ripa added cake and party popper emojis, as well as yellow and blue hearts to represent the University of Michigan's school colors (where Joaquin is currently enrolled as an undergraduate).

Thanks to previous posts from Kelly and her husband, Mark Consuelos, we've learned that Joaquin is currently a part of the wrestling team at the University of Michigan, and Ripa's birthday post showed her son's love of the sport throughout the years. The top two photos feature a young Joaquin flexing his muscles and donning wrestling singlets, while the bottom two pics show the 19-year-old's high school graduation and a recent photo of him in his Michigan uniform.

But that wasn't all Ripa shared. On her Story, she posted a whole different collection of photos, including a past shot of Joaquin holding up a medal. Over the photo, she added a sticker that said, “Happy Birthday.”
