Prepare for a walk down memory lane, because Kelly Ripa is breaking out the throwback photos.
Yesterday, the Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host, 49, celebrated #TBT and shared a never-before-seen photo that was taken when she was around 5 years old. The pic features Ripa and her mom, Esther, flaunting coordinating Easter outfits, and we can’t deny that everything from the bonnet to the pant suit screams ’70s.
She captioned the post, “#tbt circa 1975-ish. A reminder you can still dress up for ZOOM church. Notice how mom coordinated her suit to my bunny/bonnet/dress.”
Ripa is referring to Zoom, a video communication service that is designed to host large groups in virtual settings. Since everyone will be celebrating Easter at home, Ripa is encouraging her followers to get dressed up, even if they’re enjoying church from the comfort of their couch.
If you need more convincing, you should know that Italian opera singer Andrea Bocelli is also livestreaming an Easter concert from the Duomo cathedral in Milan, Italy, which gives us even more reason to break out the pastels.
