‘Indiana Jones’ Co-Stars Ke Huy Quan & Harrison Ford Had the Best Red Carpet Reunion

It's an Indiana Jones reunion!

Hollywood icon Harrison Ford (80) got the ultimate surprise during a recent red-carpet interview with Extra TV, and it involved none other than his former co-star, Ke Huy Quan (51).

As Ford was about to answer a question about potentially working with Tom Cruise, an excited Quan called out to him on the red carpet, referring to the actor as "Indy" and approaching him for a hug. Ford was all smiles as he embraced the American Born Chinese actor. He said, “You are all grown up!”

Quan was just 13 years old when he collaborated with Ford on Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom in 1984. Nearly four decades later, the Everything Everywhere All At Once actor has several accolades to his name, including an Oscar, a Golden Globe and a SAG Award.

When the reporter asked Ford how proud he was of Quan, he replied, "I don't need to be proud of this guy. He's done this himself—it's got nothing to do with me. I have great love and admiration for this guy. His pride is his own."

In response, Quan gushed, "You're making me get very emotional. I love you so much. Of course, you know, the reason why I love acting so much is because of him. Because I had such a wonderful, wonderful experience on Temple of Doom."

The actor also congratulated the legendary leading man on his new movie, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. He said, "I can't wait to see [Indiana Jones 5]. I'm so excited."

Sure enough, Quan was spotted at the U.S. Premiere at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, where he posed with Ford.

During his chat with Extra TV, Ford said, "I'm so happy for him, I can't tell you. He's a wonderful person and an incredibly talented actor." We couldn't agree more.
