Katie Holmes just shared two brand-new photos on her personal Instagram account, and they’re total garden goals.
Over the weekend, the Dawson’s Creek alum, 41, posted a series of pictures of her mother, Kathleen’s, garden. Holmes kicked things off by sharing a close-up of pink flowers, which are mysteriously untouched by insects. (Tell us your ways, Kathleen.)
She wrote, “Mom’s garden #grateful #blessed,” along with a heart emoji.
Holmes followed up with another flower photo—but this time, it featured a stunning pink zinnia. Bonus points for the matching color scheme.
She captioned the post with a series of emojis, including a heart and sunflower.
The private photos might surprise some fans, since Holmes typically keeps her personal life to herself. While her Instagram feed is filled with inspirational posts, motivational quotes and the occasional selfie, this is the first time she’s shared a glimpse into her mother’s secret garden.
Back in May, Holmes shared a rare throwback pic of herself and her mom in honor of Mother’s Day. The photo shows the actress rocking pigtails as she assists her mother in the garden. In the caption, Holmes revealed that she inherited her mom’s green thumb.
“Thank you mom for teaching me so many things and for loving me,” she wrote. “Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms out there!!!!!!!”
