Don’t be fooled by Kate Middleton’s petite appearance. The Duchess of Cambridge, 38, can apparently throw a powerful punch, according to Olympian Lutalo Muhammad.

It all started earlier today when the royal visited the London Stadium and received a brief lesson on how to complete a reverse punch. Kensington Palace re-shared a video of the tutorial on Twitter and asked Muhammad what he really thought of Middleton’s punch. (Because no one would actually tell the duchess to her face that she has a lame swing.)

“Any good, @LutaloMuhammad?” Kensington Palace wrote.

Muhammad responded to the palace and confirmed that Middleton isn’t messing around. “Yes! That punch had power,” he wrote. “Let me know if you want another lesson @KensingtonRoyal.”

In the clip, Muhammad demonstrates the move for Middleton, who wastes no time following suit. The Duchess of Cambridge puts her entire body into the punch, lunging forward as she completes the move with ease. Middleton concludes the lesson with a majestic bow.

During the visit, Middleton wore a green top, which she paired with matching culottes. She finished the look with a pair of Lace-Up Trainers from Marks and Spencer, which retail for $50.

Leave it to Middleton to make everything look easy.
