ICYMI: Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed their third child yesterday. Kate gave birth to her first child on July 22, 2013. During his grand debut, the duchess paid tribute to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, by wearing a polka-dot dress by Jenny Packham, similar to the one Di wore when she welcomed Prince William in 1982.

After welcoming her daughter in May 2015, Kate stepped out wearing a pastel yellow Jenny Packham dress (again) and Jimmy Choo pumps, natch.

Kate debuted her third child just hours after giving birth on April 23, 2018. She wore a red Jenny Packham dress with a white Peter Pan collar, which is a subtle nod toward the outfit Princess Diana wore in 1984 when she introduced Prince Harry to the world.
