Today must be my lucky day, because in just 24 hours, Kensington Palace has shared not one, but three new posts on social media—including a sweet pic of Princess Catherine and footage of the Prince of Wales getting his hands dirty.

Previously, I saw Prince William looking as relaxed as ever as he paid a visit to Centrepoint. And by the looks of his most recent Instagram updates, his visit to Toxteth in Liverpool, England, was just as successful. While there, he visited the Cycle of Life social club and explored the Welsh Streets—and it's hard to miss his genuine smiles and relaxed posture. He wrote, "Learning more about the history of the area, and the strong links between Wales and Liverpool at The Welsh Streets."

The caption continues, "After starting the day at @cycle.oflife, a brilliant organization supporting young people in the local community, improving their physical and mental health through cycling, and creating job opportunities too."

The post includes snaps of the future king interacting with the Cycle of Life team and a video of him focusing intently as he works on the wheel of a bike. Another slide also shows the prince breaking royal protocol by posing with fans for a selfie—which marks (approximately) the 100th time he's broken the unwritten “no selfie” rule. But the highlights didn't end there.

In a follow-up post, the palace shared a video recap of Prince William's trip, featuring a more detailed overview of the day's events and more insight into Cycle of Life and Tiber. The caption reads, "A fantastic day in Toxteth, exploring its vibrant community and inspiring initiatives! Beginning at @cycle.oflife, learning about the ‘OnTheGo’ project, which helps young people start businesses with cargo bikes while gaining skills in finance, business and cycling. Then a visit to the @tiber_org Building, a community hub led by a group of 14-18-year-olds who have driven the creation of its facilities, creating jobs and volunteering opportunities too."

In the comments section, one fan wrote, "He plays football like a pro and works with bicycles. People love him because he is down to earth and really cool." Another said, "Love Prince William, so down to earth. His mum taught him how to treat people with kindness."

As a bonus, royal fans also got a major update regarding the expansion of the Alarm Distress Baby Scale (ADBB) trial, complete with a stunning throwback pic from Princess Catherine's visit to Riversley Park Children's Health Center in Nuneaton in 2023.

The caption reads, "From first seeing it in action in Denmark back in 2022 to today’s announcement, @earlychildhood is at the forefront of supporting this important trial, working closely with the Institute of Health Visiting."

It continues, "The expansion of the trial means that thousands more families will benefit from health visitors specially trained in this area, laying the strongest possible foundations for infant wellbeing in the earliest weeks, months and years of their lives."

In the photo, the Princess of Wales is all smiles as she gently holds the hand of a baby and meets with health visitors. One fan commented, "Catherine looks radiant." Another wrote, "Thank you, princess, for your incredible efforts."

Keep up the great work, Kate and William.
