Kate Middleton is ready to resume some normal programming (especially in regards to the holidays) now that she’s officially finished her chemotherapy treatment

As Hello! magazine points out, Princess Catherine, 42, recently sat down with the Royal Foundation team to discuss her upcoming Christmas carol concert. The private meeting indirectly confirmed that the Princess of Wales will host the annual event once again, despite worries that she might not be up to the task due to her health issues earlier this year.

The get-together was confirmed by the Court Circular, which shared an entry that read: “The Princess of Wales, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales, this morning held a Meeting at Windsor Castle.”

This will mark the fourth time that Princess Catherine has hosted the Christmas carol concert. She has helmed the annual soirée every year since it began in 2021. Per usual, the event will take place at Westminster Abbey and will be broadcast on ITV on Christmas Eve.

The private meeting came just a few weeks after the Princess of Wales shared a video on Instagram announcing that she has completed chemotherapy treatment. “Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus,” she said in the clip. “Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes.”

At last year’s Christmas carol concert, Princess Catherine was joined by her husband, Prince William, and her three children, Prince George (11), Princess Charlotte (9) and Prince Louis (6). Fingers crossed this year is another family affair.
