Listen up, folks: Kate Middleton’s brother, James, is sharing rare details about the royal’s health.
The duchess’s brother, 37, recently sat down for an exclusive interview that aired on the Today show earlier this morning. While the conversation revolved around James’s all-new book, Meet Ella: The Dog Who Saved My Life, he still managed to sneak in an update about his sister’s health.
“She’s doing OK,” he said.
James revealed that he doesn’t want to share too many details out of respect for his sister. However, he reassured fans that she’s moving in the right direction. “It’s not for me to share on her behalf, you know, how everything’s going,” he added. “But she’s getting all the right support and focus that she needs. And like anything, it takes time to process.”
It’s been six months since Princess Catherine shared a video on social media announcing that she had been diagnosed with cancer. (FYI, she recently confirmed that she completed chemotherapy treatment.)
At the time, James indirectly addressed the announcement by sharing a rare childhood photo, featuring the Princess of Wales standing behind her younger brother. The Instagram caption read, “Over the years, we have climbed many mountains together. As a family, we will climb this one with you too.”
