Now that Kate Middleton has completed her chemotherapy treatment, she has been slowly returning to her normal schedule. The Princess of Wales, 42, expressed genuine emotion when she stepped out for the Remembrance Day festivities (even if she had to lean on Duchess Sophie for support). However, her latest appearance is proof that she’s back in her element.

Today, Princess Catherine arrived at Westminster Abbey for her annual holiday concert, titled “Together at Christmas,” alongside her husband, Prince William, and their three children, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6. While scrolling through the photos from the event, I noticed the Princess of Wales’s body language appeared much more comfortable than at other recent appearances.

The royal kept her shoulders down and her posture open. Her shoulders were often positioned toward the cameras, which indicates that she was comfortable enough being around the crowds and photographers. She seemed genuinely pleased while watching her children admire the Christmas decorations upon arrival. Her relaxed facial expression suggested that her smile was genuine and not forced.

Inside Westminster Abbey, Princess Catherine continued to showcase secure body language, as evidenced by her relaxed posture. Based on the joy in her expression, I’m starting to think that her children are the key to making her feel at ease.

This marked the fourth time that Princess Catherine has hosted the Christmas carol concert. Since she just recently completed treatment, some royal aficionados were surprised when the royal family confirmed her participation. However, she refused to back down because she has helmed the annual soirée every year since it began in 2021.

It’s great to have you back, Kate.
