The royal couple has previously hinted that they will not have any more children. However, that has not stopped Middleton from teasing Prince William about the possibility of adding to their brood.
Per People, the duchess admitted on Tuesday that being around infants makes her want to have “another one.” She said, “It makes me very broody. William always worries about me meeting under-one-year-olds. I come home saying, ‘Let's have another one.’”
Prince William and Middleton share three children together, Prince George (8 years old), Princess Charlotte, (6 years old) and Prince Louis, (3 years old).
Back in January, William jokingly suggested that Middleton wanted another child. During their visit to Lancashire, the couple met Trudi and Alastair Barrie's daughter, Anastasia.
When Middleton posed for a picture with the baby girl, the crowd cooed over the sight. William jokingly commented, “Don't give my wife any more ideas!” And, when she handed the baby back, he said, “Don’t take her with you.”
This isn’t the first time the duchess felt a little “broody.” In February 2019, Middleton was visiting Northern Ireland. After she met a 5-month-old toddler, she admitted that she had a little baby fever. When the child’s father asked if the royal couple were planning for baby number four, she responded with a laugh, “I think William would be a little worried.”
Looks like little Louis won’t be adding “big brother” to his list of titles anytime soon.
