Today the Queer Eye grooming expert is Emmy-nominated, host of the popular podcast Getting Curious and about to embark on a stand-up tour, but Jonathan Van Ness has had quite the journey to get to where he is today.
Adding his contribution to the viral ten-year challenge (where people post side-by-side photos from ten years ago and today), the totally gorge star revealed how far his hair has come over the last decade.
Posting four photos, Van Ness showed off a short cut, a seemingly purple ’do and a curly look, before revealing his sleek tresses of today.
He captioned the throwback snap: “Wow Queen, good job on learning to blow out your hair, really proud of you! Love, Mom #10yearchallenge.”
Van Ness isn’t the only one with some slightly embarrassing photos from the past (hey, Jennifer Garner). And to be honest, we’re kind of into the purple lewk.
