Jessica Simpson never fails to brighten our timelines with heartwarming photos of her kids (like, can we please keep the Birdie May content coming?!), but this time around, the famous mom took things a step further by giving fans a glimpse of her massive swimming pool.
She captioned the pic, "Me and Maximaid #MAXIDREW."
The Open Book author is seen standing in the clear blue water while she holds her 8-year-old daughter, Maxwell Drew Johnson. Simpson is wearing a pair of stylish sunglasses with her bathing suit while her daughter, who's cuddled close to her mom, sports a gorgeous green and aqua mermaid tail. While we could go on (and on) about this cuteness overload, we can't help but marvel at the breathtaking view from Simpson's backyard.
The huge pool seems to be at the center of the space, with a colorful seating area that features outdoor lounge chairs and blow-up pool floats. Within the frame are also three inflatable pool basketballs and the base of a hoop stand, which has probably been used countless times by the kids throughout the summer. Beyond the pool area are trimmed green plants, which stand against a stunning mountain landscape with clear blue skies. (Anyone else suddenly craving a vacation?)
This isn't the first snap that the "Irresistible" singer has shared of her HGTV-worthy pool. Back in April, Simpson posted a photo of her husband playing with their youngest daughter in the water. She said, "Birdie and her Daddy in their happy place. The classic Eric toss and catch!!!"
