Jennifer Lopez Trolls Husband Ben Affleck About His Viral Expressions at the Grammy Awards

At the 65th Annual Grammy Awards, it looked like everyone in the audience was having a blast, from a nonstop-dancing Taylor Swift, to a giddy Adele meeting Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Well, everyone except for Ben Affleck, that is. During the ceremony, viewers kept joking on Twitter that Affleck looked incredibly bored, and his expressions went viral. Now, Jennifer Lopez has finally responded.

In a new Instagram post, J.Lo promoted her hubby's upcoming movie, Air, and in the preview image, the singer made a subtle joke about his viral Grammys moment. “My husband's happy face,” Lopez wrote over a shot of Affleck giving a stale expression.

Affleck's new movie (which he also produced and directed) tells the story of the Air Jordan sneaker, and how a shoe salesman at Nike convinced basketball legend Michael Jordan to promote their footwear. In addition to Affleck, the film also stars Matt Damon, Jason Bateman, Chris Messina, Viola Davis, Marlon Wayans, Chris Tucker and more.

While fans showed their excitement for the film's trailer, they also cracked up at J.Lo's joking caption. “Crying at the caption in the video,” one person wrote with a laughing emoji and a clapping emoji. Another follower added, “This is my husbands happy face took me out tho.”

Affleck attended the Grammy Awards on February 5 alongside Lopez, who presented the first award of the night for Best Pop Vocal Album (in a stunning blue Gucci gown, we might add).

Throughout the evening, fans couldn't get over Affleck's straight face. “Never seen a man with more of an ‘Existential Dread Resting Face’ than Ben Affleck,” one viewer jokingly wrote on Twitter. “Ben Affleck is every introvert everywhere,” another said. “You can see his batteries draining in real time. Man is already at 23%.”

We love this cheeky side of J.Lo.
