Jennifer Lopez is legit a carbon copy of her mom—but great genes aren't all that she's gotten from the stunning matriarch.
On her Instagram account for JLo Beauty, the entrepreneur and singer posted a holiday selfie with her mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez. And in the caption, she revealed that her mom's amazing skin care tips were the inspiration behind the new brand. She wrote, "My mom’s beauty secrets are the foundation of JLO BEAUTY. [heart emoji] Soon we’ll share them with all of you! - @jlo."
In the snap, the mother-daughter duo pose together near a Christmas tree and sport very similar makeup. Lopez is seen wearing hoop earrings and a trendy white top with an asymmetrical neckline. Meanwhile, her mom rocks what appears to be a polka-dotted blouse.
Not surprisingly, followers were quick to point out their striking resemblance in the photo. One fan commented, "You and your mom are twins!! [heart emojis]." Another fan said, "I see where all of your natural beauty comes from though [clap emoji] #gomama."
J.Lo announced in November that her beauty brand will launch in 2021 on New Year's Day. While teasing the official launch on Instagram, she wrote, "This isn’t just a passion project, it’s a 30-year dream. I can’t wait to share my skincare secrets with you!! JLO BEAUTY DROPS 1/1/21."
Additionally, on Dec. 2, Lopez revealed her lineup of seven skincare products on Instagram (and TBH, we're already sold based on the packaging alone). The line includes That JLo Glo Multitasking Serum, That Limitless Glow Multitasking Mask, That Big Screen SPF 30 Moisturizer and more.
