Almost a year after tying the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony, Jennifer Lopez, 53, and Ben Affleck, 50, have finally found the home of their dreams. However, the married couple’s new humble lavish abode came with a hefty price tag.
Entertainment Tonight reported that the pair purchased their dream home in Beverly Hills for a total of $60 million. Yet it seems Bennifer struck a pretty good deal for the mansion, which originally cost a whopping $135 million back in June 2018.
In early May, the price for the home was relisted at nearly $75 million. So it seems Lopez and Affleck were able to negotiate that down. And after two years of searching for a place to call “their home,” they finally found it.
Per the report, the Beverly Hills mansion is a 46,000-square-foot, 5-acre home with approximately 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
The house (crafted by Gala Asher) also features an indoor sports room with a basketball court, a gym, a sports lounge and its very own bar.
Lopez and Affleck aren’t the only celebrity couple who recently purchased a new luxurious home in Los Angeles. Beyoncé and her husband, Jay-Z, recently bought one of the most expensive homes ever sold in the state of California.
TMZ previously reported the power couple purchased a home in Malibu for $200 million, topping the previous record of $177 million.
