Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo Say They’re ‘13 Going on Boomer’ in Funny New Reunion Video

Former co-stars Jennifer Garner, Mark Ruffalo and Judy Greer sharing a reunion video will always be must-watch content for me.

In honor of 13 Going on 30’s 20th anniversary, the 52-year-old Garner reunited with her two former castmates in a video shared on Instagram on Tuesday, April 23. At the start of the clip, the trio is talking over video chat and the words “13 Going on Boomer” pop up on the screen.

In the caption, Garner also poked fun at their age, writing, “#13GoingOn30. Twenty years. We are three Boomers braving zoom—because we want to thank you. To every person who has loved this movie along with us: Thank You. We see you, we appreciate you and we love you back. Forever thirty, flirty and thriving! [pink heart emoji].” 

At one point during the video, all three castmates dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” which is an iconic musical number featured in the film. And speaking of the ’80s song, Ruffalo and Garner recreated the dance scene during the Marvel actor’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony back in February.

Ruffalo even shared a clip of himself dancing to the song with his former on-screen love interest on Instagram. He wrote in the caption, “Jennifer, it’s been twenty years of everything. To have you there today giving me a star was so perfect and so beautiful and moving to me. Thank you old friend. So grateful for your panache, class, and humor. You are one of the greatest people. Thank you.”
