Jennifer Garner & Sisters Look Like Carbon Copies of One Another in Rare Childhood Pics

As an entertainment editor, I’ve seen my fair share of celebrities who are carbon copies of their relatives (looking at you, Reese Witherspoon and Ava Elizabeth Phillippe). But a newly shared throwback photo of Jennifer Garner posing next to her two siblings may just take the cake. 

In honor of National Siblings Day (which took place on April 10), The Adam Project star marked the occasion by sharing an IG slideshow filled with rare childhood snaps of herself and her two sisters, Susannah Kay Garner Carpenter and Melissa Garner Wylie.

In the first pic (see above), Jennifer and her sisters look so much alike as they pose in front of a brick fireplace with similar ensembles and fabulous late ’70s/early ’80s haircuts (I’m obsessed with the bowl cut, Jen). Meanwhile, the actress’s Instagram followers (including myself) are seeing double triple in the fourth photo, which shows Jennifer and Melissa standing over a baby Susannah, aka the youngest of the bunch.

The 13 Going on 30 alum captioned the post, “I sure lucked out with these two [heart emoji] I love my sisters. #NationalSiblingsDay.”

As it turns out, I’m not the only one who noticed the striking resemblance between the three sisters. In the comments section, one fan wrote, “Is Jennifer the middle child? All look so much alike!!” Another couldn’t get enough of their identical hairstyles, writing, “Ok @jennifer.garner I am super impressed with the identical bangs. All so cute!!! Lucky girls to have each other.”

Most recently, Jennifer celebrated a major career announcement: the season two renewal of Apple TV+’s The Last Thing He Told Me. On March 25, the 51-year-old actress shared the news with her followers on Instagram. 

Along with a screenshot of a Deadline article confirming the season two renewal, she captioned the post, “I’m dying to [star emoji] know [star emoji] what [star emoji] happens [star emoji] to Hannah and Bailey. Thank you for ordering another season of #TheLastThingHeToldMe, @appletv. ([kissy face @lauradaveauthor @jsinger10 @laurenneu @reesewitherspoon @hellosunshine @reesesbookclub).”
